Important Information and Instructions
Examples of Registrations (Using Early Prices)
- Each paper must be registered in order to appear in the proceedings. Paper registration fee includes the conference proceedings, refreshments during the conference, lunches and conference social events (banquet...).
- Each abstract must be registered to appear in the program. Abstract registration fee includes refreshments during the conference, lunches and conference social events (banquet...).
- Student rate is not available for authors of papers and abstracts. The student fee is for non-author attendees. Student registration fee includes admission to conference, refreshments during the conference and lunches.
- Extra paper or abstract registration is applicable only once for each full registration.
- Registration Fees are non-Refundable
Examples of Registrations (Using Early Prices)
- Author has 2 papers accepted. Fee is 590 €+ 300 € = 890 €
- Author has 1 paper and 1 abstract. Fee is 590 €+ 200 € = 790 €
- Author has 2 abstracts. Fee is 350 €+ 200 € = 550€
- Author has 1 paper with 2 extra pages. Fee is 590 €+ 200 € = 790€
- Author has 2 papers and 1 of the papers requires 1 extra page: Fee is 590 €+ 300 €+ 100 € = 990 €
