Each poster presented will be assigned a space for hanging their poster. The max size we suggest for poster is 42x42 inches.
Instructions for Submission of Camera-Ready PaperS
These instructions apply only to accepted papers (full and short). If your contribution was an abstract you should disregard these instructions and go directly to the registration page. If you have questions please send an email to info@complenet.org
Format for the Camera-Ready
Submit your camera-ready (PDF) electronically using the EasyChair system (the same system you used to submit your original paper). Format should follow the Springer format (please visit Springer website for more details). Instructions for authors is available on the right-hand side of the page).
Submission System
Submit your camera-ready using EasyChair using your original submission information. The deadline for sending the camera-ready version is January 7th, 2017.
Please follow the following steps. Fail to follow the format may affect the publication of your work. On the instructions below [*PAPER*] should be replaced by your paper number. So Paper[*NUMBER*].pdf becomes Paper111.pdf if your paper number is 111.
Instructions:
1. Prepare your paper considering the reviews
2. Create a .ZIP or .GZ file containing the following:
- PDF of your paper named Paper[*NUMBER*].pdf
- The "Consent to Publish Form" in PDF available here (ConsentXX.pdf). Please rename your consent form as Consent[*NUMBER*].pdf
- A separate folder called Paper[*NUMBER*]. This folder should have ALL the sources used to generate your PDF, including figures, tables, style files (latex .sty files), bibliography files, etc.
3. Upload your .PDF using the EasyChair system
- Log in
- Click on your submission number on the menu (top-left of the page).
- After clicking on the submission number you should see on the top-right hand corner of the page the option "Proceedings version". Click on it.
- On the new page, click on "Upload new version" to submit your .PDF file. Note that no other format is accepted.
- If necessary, you should also click on "Update authors" to make sure the information about all the authors is correct. This information will be used to generate the program.
4. Send your .ZIP or .GZ file to the following email addresses (please include all of them):
- Bruno Gonçalves (bgoncalves@gmail.com), Roberta Sinatra (robertasinatra@gmail.com) AND Ronaldo Menezes (ronaldomenezes@gmail.com)
- If your .ZIP or .GZ file is too large to be sent via email you may also place on a cloud drive (Dropbox, Google Drive, etc.) and send us a link to download it. We greatly appreciate your cooperation in these matters.
